About The Position

Community Care is hiring a Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team of professionals in supporting our mission to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently within the community. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based out of our Milwaukee office. If you are an experienced administrative support professional with excellent customer service and attention to detail then this role could be for you!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing human resources administrative support
  • Experience in a healthcare/social services environment

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of an HR Manager, provides administrative support and assistance across the recruitment function and collaborates with the recruitment team to create process efficiencies to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Provides recruitment support in the areas of: Job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
  • New hire follow up: Submits new hire forms and internal emails, submits and follows up on post offer/pre-employment screening orders, arranging follow-up and obtaining immunization documentation and related tasks. Keeps HR Business Partners and the HR Service Center staff advised of issues.
  • Reporting: Creates and generates recruitment activity reports for dashboard reporting as requested by supervisor.
  • Record maintenance: Assists in maintaining HR files and databases.
  • Interpersonal skills: Establishes and maintains positive working relationships, practices attentive and active listening, gains trust and support of co-workers; expresses ideas appropriately; can manage diverse relationships.
