Your role as a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator As a new Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator at Katy Trail Community Health, you will start your day by reviewing candidate applications and scheduling interviews. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent routine. Throughout the week, you will conduct interviews, coordinate orientation sessions, and maintain communication with potential hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Expect to work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and assist in crafting compelling job descriptions. You will also be responsible for updating internal databases and managing onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
