A DAY IN THE LIFE As a strategic Human Resources business partner, you will be responsible for coordination and facilitation of the recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. In addition, you will coordinate all mentors and mentor follow-ups for Retail Banking throughout BSNB. This position will serve as back-up capacity for the Benefits Administrator, inclusive of payroll processing and bill reconciliation.
