About The Position

The Recruiting and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the firm’s talent pipeline and fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture. This individual manages the full-cycle recruiting process, supports HR operations, coordinates firm events, and serves as a central point of contact for candidates, interns, and university partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools, techniques, and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platforms
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for people and workplace culture

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume review, and candidate sourcing
  • Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
  • Draft and issue offer letters and assist in offer negotiations
  • Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Serve as liaison to regional colleges and universities
  • Coordinate and attend university recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Play an integral role in the summer intern program, including interview coordination and candidate selection
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns leading up to and during the summer program
  • Support planning and execution of intern onboarding and engagement activities
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) BambooHR
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and background checks
  • Deliver the firm’s initial onboarding and welcome presentation
  • Support general HR and administrative functions as needed
  • Plan, budget, and execute firm-wide events, activities, and engagement initiatives
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
  • Develop creative ways to enhance employee morale and engagement
  • Create and publish the monthly firm newsletter
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and social media campaigns
  • Assist in managing the firm’s social media presence related to events and recruiting
  • Track and manage invoices related to recruiting and firm events
  • Maintain budgets for recruiting activities and firm events
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
