As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting a team of recruiters within a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization. You will be a key partner in managing recruiting activities and nurturing candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination/scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
