About The Position

Cuready is seeking a Recruiting & Account Manager to lead recruiter performance, oversee our MSP/VMS account operations, and drive exceptional service for our healthcare clients and clinicians. This role partners closely with leadership to optimize recruiting strategies, improve operational efficiencies, manage client relationships, and ensure our recruiting team consistently meets key performance indicators (KPIs). Founded in 1999, Cuready is a clinician-led healthcare staffing firm specializing in travel, permanent placement, and workforce solutions for hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide. With deep expertise in diagnostic imaging, maternal-fetal medicine, respiratory therapy, nursing, and allied health, we pride ourselves on delivering specialized talent where it matters most. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiting & Account Manager who will help strengthen our recruiting operations, maximize performance across our MSP/VMS partnerships, and contribute to the long-term success of our team and the healthcare organizations we serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare staffing experience.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare staffing experience, including recruiting and/or account management.
  • Previous leadership or management experience required.
  • Strong understanding of MSP and VMS programs and healthcare staffing operations.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop recruiting teams while managing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting recruiting and operational data.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare recruiters while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish, monitor, and manage recruiter key performance indicators (KPIs), including submissions, interviews, starts, gross profit, fill ratios, traveler retention, completion rates, time-to-submit, and overall recruiter productivity.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve recruiter performance and achieve company goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new recruiting team members.
  • Serve as the primary account manager for all MSP, VMS, and strategic staffing partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with program managers, client contacts, and vendor representatives.
  • Monitor requisition activity across all assigned accounts, prioritize opportunities, coordinate recruiter assignments, and ensure timely candidate submissions.
  • Resolve client concerns, escalations, compliance issues, and service-related challenges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor client scorecards, fill rates, response times, compliance metrics, and overall program performance while implementing strategies to improve Cuready's standing within each account.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Onboarding, Payroll, and Credentialing teams to ensure successful implementation of new accounts and seamless traveler experiences.
  • Manage and optimize recruiting technology, sourcing platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems to maximize recruiter efficiency and candidate flow.
  • Identify and implement new sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and process improvements to support growth and improve recruiting performance.
  • Analyze recruiting and operational data, prepare performance reports for leadership, and recommend strategic improvements based on trends and key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, credentialing standards, and applicable healthcare staffing regulations.
  • Support strategic initiatives focused on increasing gross profit, expanding existing client relationships, improving recruiter productivity, and delivering exceptional service to clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support Cuready's continued growth.
