About The Position

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned regions. As a Recruiter you will partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, source and assess candidates, facilitate the interview process, and drive a timely, high-quality hiring process that reflects Keystone’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in human services or healthcare (An equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge will be considered)
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on strategy, and keep searches moving
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, events, referrals, networking) to build diverse pipelines
  • Conduct phone/video/in-person prescreens and interviews; evaluate skills and job fit
  • Create clear, inclusive job postings and candidate communications aligned with company values
  • Facilitate the interview process and guide stakeholders through selection and offer processes
  • Support onboarding and maintain required hiring documentation in compliance with licensing requirements and employment laws
  • Serve as an ATS resource for assigned regions (training, process guidance, and data quality)
  • Track recruiting activity and metrics; recommend improvements to strengthen speed, quality, and compliance
  • Prepare reports and share updates in hiring/operations meetings
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws; follow company policies and procedures
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and perform other duties as assigned
