About The Position

The Recruiter will serve as a client-facing partner with strong executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding expectations for customers and account leadership teams. In collaboration with the extended HR team, you will lead the charge in attracting and identifying top talent across high-volume recruitment needs, with a primary focus on skilled trades roles. This position offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and build robust talent pipelines that directly contribute to JLL's operational excellence and client success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, advising, negotiating, offering, and marketing JLL's attributes
  • Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts
  • Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other key recruiting contacts
  • Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications, refine recruitment activities, and modify job descriptions as needed
  • Support organizational initiatives and work with Recruiting leadership to create best practices and participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives
