About The Position

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialized courses in a business-related or Human Resources discipline.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years previous human resources experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with hiring managers and assists with the assessment of recruitment/placement needs
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinates the recruitment process for permanent and temporary employees, including but not limited to the following: Posts open roles to various recruitment job boards with diligent follow-up. Conducts screening and placement interviews and appraises candidates’ qualifications. Assists with recommending appointments, promotions, transfers, and training assignments. Manages candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close all offers. Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruiting sessions
  • Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals and other literature and attending related seminars, conferences, and the like
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies, including but not limited to the Joint Commission Standards
  • Assists in maintaining Joint Commission Standards and Performance Improvement Plans
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned
