About The Position

The Recruiter screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Process hiring requirements, directly or indirectly, while supporting the on-boarding procedure to maintain hiring efficiency.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Organized, detail oriented and possesses problem solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Applicant Tracking System knowledge
  • 1-2 years of recruiting preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and post job opportunities on recruitment platforms.
  • Where applicable, assist in creating formal and engaging job descriptions.
  • Receive and review job applications/resumes.
  • Conducts preliminary interviews with candidates for specific job requirements ensuring they meet the position standards.
  • Collect and verify candidate information including background checks, reference checks.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding the hiring process.
  • Forward candidate information to next stage interview together with highlight summaries.
  • Provide feedback from candidates on our hiring process and company.
  • Provide trends and metrics on success of hiring campaigns.
  • Research, develop and implement new ideas to attract talent to the company.
