About the role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Recruiter to join our team to own the full life-cycle recruitment needs at Cents. This role will identify top talent, manage fast-moving searches, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while navigating and influencing your internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, a clear communicator and is comfortable driving the recruitment process all the way from proactive sourcing to negotiating offers.
