We’re looking for a Recruiter who will help us attract the exceptional talent that keeps Ten pioneering, inspiring, and evolving. As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, guiding the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and various sourcing channels.
  • Understanding of employment laws, compliance, and best‑practice recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Making data‑driven decisions to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Embodying Ten’s values of Member Focused, Trustworthy, and Pioneering.

Responsibilities

  • Creating compelling job adverts and updating job descriptions for new roles.
  • Using the right mix of job boards, social media, referrals, events, and networks to attract top talent.
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting—especially via LinkedIn—to build high-quality pipelines.
  • Managing relationships with agencies and negotiating competitive rates and rebate periods.
  • Managing recruitment plans, timelines, and assessment stages.
  • Screening CVs, running phone interviews, and coordinating the full interview process.
  • Keeping hiring teams and candidates informed throughout the journey.
  • Tracking recruitment costs and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Producing insightful performance reports for each campaign.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to understand current and future business needs.
  • Mapping skill gaps and developing talent pools for critical or hard‑to-fill roles.
  • Building long‑term engagement with potential future hires.
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and pre‑employment screening.
  • Coordinating closely with People Experience teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Promoting an inclusive, fair, and transparent hiring process.
