About The Position
This role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to join the team. The Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Requirements
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
Nice To Haves
- Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
- Retail or Restaurant experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
