About The Position

Our Talent Acquisition department plays a critical role in powering the attorneys and legal professionals who fight for clients every day. As a Legal Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring legal support professionals who drive the firm’s success. You’ll manage the recruiting process end to end, partner closely with firm leadership and practice group leaders, and help scale one of the most powerful personal injury practices in the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment
  • Experience recruiting operations, administrative, or business services roles
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for legal positions from requisition opening through offer acceptance
  • Partner with practice group leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, caseload demands, and staffing priorities
  • Develop and post job descriptions for legal roles across external job boards, legal recruiting platforms, and professional networks
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, school outreach, and other legal talent channels
  • Screen resumes, evaluate legal experience and credentials, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with firm leadership and finance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and source effectiveness for legal roles
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, bar-related requirements, and firm policies throughout the hiring process
  • Continuously evaluate and improve legal recruiting strategies, workflows, and best practices
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for legal candidates throughout the hiring process
