Requirements

0-5 years of recruiting experience (Level 1 Associate level)
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL
No driving required for this position

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from initial intake through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting methods and platforms
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
