Screen resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring documentation is completed. Support recruitment initiatives by collaborating with senior recruiters on strategies and campaigns.
