About The Position

This is an in-office Recruiter position located in Blue Springs, MS, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm. This role is strictly in-office and not remote or hybrid. The company is focused on changing lives one day at a time. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with your team to develop strategies for attracting talent, utilize creative thinking and marketing skills for job postings and social media, conduct interviews to find suitable candidates, build a talent pipeline to impact order fulfillment, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
