About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support the growth and success of our group dealerships across multiple departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying staffing needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
  • One to two years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including effective negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of roles and talent markets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducts intake meetings to determine job requirements for open positions, and ensures appropriate approvals are obtained.
  • Assists with the job posting process
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
  • Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
  • Assists with the interview process by scheduling interviews with hiring managers and making candidate recommendations.
  • Initiates all pre-employment requirements, including offers and onboarding processes
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Maintains ATS/HRIS templates (including, but not limited to, offer letters) and ensures accuracy and completeness
  • Partners with HR to ensure recruiting procedures are accurate and reflect current policies and practices.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external candidates to support staffing goals.
  • Coordinates the internal transfer process, including interview scheduling, transfer documentation, and post-employment requirements
  • Attends and participates in career fairs, community networking events, and school events to attract quality candidates
  • Builds relationships with high schools, community organizations, colleges, and universities to support recruiting initiatives
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
