Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for engineering, information technology, and highly specialized technical positions. Serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders by developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and identifying top technical talent. This role requires expertise in recruiting difficult-to-fill positions and supporting hiring initiatives within oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, industrial, and technology-focused environments.
