We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Midwest Production Recruiting team! This office-based role is in our Indianapolis office at 500 E. 96th Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn. This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates. Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work. Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc. Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.
