About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for open positions at Gosnold, including securing approvals to post positions, appropriate marketing of opportunities using a variety of tactics and strategies, screening and dispositioning candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, securing approval to hire, communicating offers and terms to candidates and their designees (as appropriate), and closing out requisitions upon hire. S/he/they will also collaborate with other HR team members on the onboarding process as appropriate. The Recruiter reports directly to the Director of Human Resources or designee.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of Recruiting experience, or four (4) years of Recruiting experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent skills in current recruiting platforms and ATS
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, visitors, peers, and management.
  • Experience in a professional office setting and familiarity with general office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all facets of recruiting for all cost centers.
  • Works with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
  • Attends job fairs throughout the year.
  • Works with partners and systems to advertise jobs in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Manages internal and external systems to the fullest capabilities to streamline recruiting process.
  • Performs market analysis as directed by CHRO to support or augment recruitment strategy.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Enters information into various fields in the ADP / Payroll and compiles reports from database.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
