About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an important role in streamlining the hiring process, improving candidate experience, and assisting the organization in meeting its overall hiring objectives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the face of our company to many candidates and help create a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable being on the phone regularly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday is preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role required with an associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with candidate travel as needed
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Maintain meticulous records and track progress of candidates in the pre-hire process to ensure all candidates have completed required tasks
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards as needed
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other onboarding documentation
  • Verifies details of jobs and candidates in Workday
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
  • Participates on project teams as assigned
  • Ideate on creative solutions for challenges
  • Perform other duties as assigned
