We’re hiring an associate or mid-Level Recruiter to support high‑impact hiring across our organization. Associate Recruiter: Perfect for new recruiters who love process efficiency, candidate experience, and keeping things moving. You’ll support high‑volume and operations hiring by sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates through the process -- all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Mid-level Recruiter: Ideal for experienced recruiters ready to influence, innovate, and lead full‑cycle recruiting. You’ll own recruiting partnerships, build strong pipelines for priority and hard‑to‑fill roles, and help shape recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
  • Proven experience organizing own workload to effectively complete quality work in a timely fashion
  • Proven experience effectively managing changing priorities including ability to adjust work schedule as appropriate to accommodate time-sensitive requests
  • Proven team player
  • Experience using social media, such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Up to 5% of domestic travel
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of full cycle recruiting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates via online tools such as Indeed Smart Sourcing, Linked In Recruiter or similar
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of positions and manage a high requisition workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Up to 5% of domestic travel

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for hourly and reoccuring roles
  • Keep candidate pipelines full and moving
  • Coordinate interviews and pre‑employment steps
  • Ensure ATS accuracy and compliance within 24 hours
  • Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring goals
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for professional and operational roles
  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Build proactive pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
  • Use recruiting data to improve results and decision making
  • Implement process improvements
