This in-office role will be instrumental in building our team by identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cannabis industry, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep interest in and enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a standard background check.
• Must undergo a fingerprint background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous recruiting experience.
• Background in sales or the cannabis industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Plan and host hiring events to engage potential candidates and grow our talent pipeline.
• Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
