About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter (5+ years) to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering and product teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers, founders/leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to hire at speed without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven track record hiring for engineering roles (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring market trends.
  • Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Security roles.
  • Experience hiring globally or across multiple geographies.
  • Exposure to building hiring processes from scratch or scaling teams rapidly.
  • Experience working closely with founders/leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across levels (IC, lead, manager) and functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA).
  • Run structured intake meetings and align hiring plans with stakeholders.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand technical skills.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline health and share weekly hiring progress updates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Drive offer negotiation and closing strategies with candidates.
  • Improve interview process efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity.
  • Track hiring funnel metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, source performance).
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
