What you get to do: Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will: Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions Set-up candidate video phone screens using our ModernHire technology for Hiring Managers to review Post to niche job boards, as needed Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred Availability to work occasional weekends, evening and holidays. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
