Job Summary: Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The recruiter will work closely with department heads to identify talent needs and ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with business objectives. Position is onsite in Auburns Hills, MI. Essential Functions: Develop strategies to proactively source and identify candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events to attract top talent. Develop strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and technical communities. Review and assess applicant resumes. Establish and maintain candidate future pipeline data base. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with department heads and technical teams to understand job requirements and role expectations. Provide expert guidance on hiring strategies and market trends. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback sessions, and maintaining candidate communication. Manage the offer negotiation and closing process to ensure candidates are engaged and aligned with company expectations. Act as a brand ambassador, marketing American Rheinmetall Vehicles for hiring events. Work with the HR Manager to track recruitment KPI’s. Partner with marketing to prepare and post job announcements that will attract top talent. Provide additional support to all members of the HR team as needed.
