About The Position

Graphite is growing rapidly, and we're looking for Technical & GTM Recruiters alike to help us scale our team and build a world-class recruiting function. This person will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, drive sourcing strategies, and shape our hiring practices. Scaling a fast-growing engineering team with high-caliber talent is no small feat, and we believe the best teams are built by talented, ambitious, and dedicated people from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically focused on technical roles
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates at top-tier tech companies or startups
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship-building
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, Gem, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Passion for building diverse teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, job requirements, and candidate profiles
  • Develop creative sourcing techniques and build pipelines of top-tier engineering talent
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Establish and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to build and execute talent branding initiatives (blogs, events, meetups)
