We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies. Qualified candidates will join the Recruiting Team at our headquarters in Centennial, CO to work fully in-office. As a Recruiter, you will be the face of Fast Enterprises, connecting top talent with opportunities that can make a real impact. You’ll be traveling across the U.S., visiting college campuses, and building lasting relationships with faculty, staff, and students. From the first handshake to the final interview, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process, ensuring that the best and brightest join our ranks. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree: You’ve earned your degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, with a 3.0 minimum GPA. We welcome candidates from various disciplines as long as you’re passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Travel Enthusiast: You’re excited about the prospect of traveling across the U.S. on a weekly basis, visiting different college campuses and connecting with future industry leaders.
Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to engage with candidates, faculty, and team members effectively. Whether it’s a presentation in front of a classroom or a one-on-one interview, you know how to make a lasting impression.
Relationship Builder: You’re naturally good at connecting with others and building strong, professional relationships. You understand the importance of creating a positive candidate experience and are committed to maintaining connections long after the first meeting.
Organized and Proactive: You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. From managing your travel schedule to keeping track of candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, your attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

Campus Ambassador: Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent. As a self-starter, you’ll jump into new environments with confidence, making smart decisions on the fly to identify top candidates who align with our values.
Candidate Champion: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. Your strong work ethic and ability to handle challenges will be key as you navigate the fast-paced world of recruitment.
Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline. You’ll need to think strategically and act swiftly, building lasting relationships that are essential to our success.
Recruiting Innovator: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines. Your proactive approach and willingness to take initiative will help you innovate and excel in this role.
Efficient Multitasker: Handle multiple recruiting-related tasks, such as preparing for career fairs, conducting phone interviews, and following up with candidates. Your ability to manage these tasks efficiently while making wise decisions in a dynamic environment will set you apart.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates. Your ability to think outside the box and leverage different sourcing tools will be crucial in finding the best talent.
Data Management: Maintain and update iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our recruitment process smooth and efficient.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices. Your willingness to learn and adapt will help you grow in your role and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively will ensure we’re all working towards the same goals.
