We are looking for a recruiter to help us continue to grow around the country. Looking for a recent college grad or some experience to use technology and relationships to find outstanding team members in 30 states. Requirements

• 1 year recruiting, cold calling, experience preferred minimum; OPEN to college grads
• Organization
• Detailed
• Diligence
• Strong Attendance
• Highly adaptable and resilient
• Prior knowledge/utilization of Google software preferred
• Prior knowledge of ADP Recruitment systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Schedule interviews accordingly
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
