About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensures a compliant and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This role is a temporary, expected 3-month assignment and is not benefit eligible.

Requirements

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
2+ years' manufacturing recruiting experience.
Knowledge of recruitment laws and practices.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Paylocity highly preferred.
Experience with Hirevue preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned hourly production personnel positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Develop and maintain job postings through HRIS and various job boards.
Proactively source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings through Hirevue system.
Coordinate interview logistics.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Support structured interviewing and selection practices.
Prepare and extend employment offers.
Ensure completion of pre-hire documentation.
Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screenings.
Maintain compliance with hiring laws and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
