We are committed to providing high-quality, low-stress infusion services, with a focus on compassion, expertise, and collaboration with both patients and healthcare providers Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter), you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will be responsible for attracting top talent through various channels and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard candidates who align with our commitment to exceptional patient care and a supportive workplace culture. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to be at least 5 months.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or staffing agency.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare recruitment practices, including sourcing clinical and administrative talent.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey our mission and values to potential candidates.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
- Inclusivity: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and effective techniques to identify the best talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Implement and refine recruitment processes and strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
