About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact Hopewell's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives. POSITION IS LOCATED IN WEBSTER, TX. OFFICE HOURS & PAY WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INTERVIEW.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting and staffing services.
  • Strong knowledge of contract recruitment and temporary staffing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with college recruiting and building relationships with educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with recruiting events planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of internet recruiting tools and social media sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ADP to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and college recruiting activities to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners to support contract and temporary staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct internet recruiting and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
