About The Position

Meriplex is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing People team. This role will own full‑cycle recruiting for technology roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to support Meriplex’s continued acquisition and organic growth. The ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to influence and partner across the organization. In addition to recruiting, this role will contribute to onboarding enhancements, job architecture, and broader people initiatives that support performance management and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology roles, technical skills, and technical hiring markets.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment laws and regulations (federal, state, and local).
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, and other recruiting or HR software platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, human resources, or related field required; an associate degree with equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience required.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles strongly preferred.
  • Experience in IT Managed Services and/or telecommunications environments highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create, review, and update job descriptions.
  • Own the full life‑cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruiting vendors, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related recruiting tools.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality technical talent.
  • Evaluate candidates through resume review, interviews, and ongoing communication.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview processes.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Advise hiring managers on market data and salary considerations during the offer process.
  • Build and maintain a presence within the technical and industry community through networking, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Attend and represent Meriplex at job fairs and conferences, including managing company booths as needed.
  • Partner with the VP of HR to help evolve Meriplex’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employee marketing strategy.
  • Support a smooth transition from candidate to employee by partnering with HR Business Partners on onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics and KPIs and provide regular reporting.
  • Assist with job posting administration and contribute to job description and performance‑related documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
