About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in our Wilmington Service Center office. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment and employment processing and will remotely support multiple hiring managers and regions throughout the company.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred .
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a positive, TEAM mindset.
• Must be flexible, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a very high-volume and demanding environment.
• Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve, escalates issues not resolved timely and is responsible for staffing goals.
• Reviews applications/resumes to match prospective employee's work history, education, job skills and salary requirements with our current job openings.
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager.
• Setup interviews and complete full onboarding process.
