This position is responsible for talent acquisition efforts for the firm and our clients. We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced environment for a high-growth company who is truly passionate about people and the “Clarity Way.” This position requires onsite reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-6 years of full cycle recruiting or relevant work experience (experience in technical recruiting is preferred).
  • 2+ years of event coordination or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to hear a candidate’s story and dig deeper than the resume to determine the best cultural fit.
  • Experience in developing successful new processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Values a diverse workforce and demonstrates the ability to forward Clarity’s DEI initiatives through talent acquisition.
  • Committed to finding the best possible talent and able to get creative with talent sourcing, relationships, and pipelines.
  • Strong networking capabilities and ability to quickly build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility to work periodic evening hours to support events, deadlines, or time-sensitive priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, managing the interview process and negotiating offers) for Clarity Partners and our clients.
  • Strategically communicate the value of the employment opportunity to candidates and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Take ownership in the requisition process, conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers, assist with job descriptions, job postings, salary research and recommendations, etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Utilize our ATS to maintain accurate candidate records and data.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination efforts for the firm throughout the year.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the Chicago community by participating in networking and industry events as well as Clarity sponsored events.
  • Monitor trends related to talent acquisition and the hiring market.
  • Improve existing workflows and develop new processes to create efficiency in the hiring process.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.
