About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Brevitas US team as a Recruiter in Durham, NC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at executive level.
• Multi-tasker in a target oriented, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, service orientation, and outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate(s) using a variety of channels, such as job postings and social media, leveraging innovative and creative strategies to attract the right candidates.
• Perform all necessary candidate screening to ensure their qualifications meet the job description (i.e. conduct resumes and phone screening, skills testing, reference checks, etc.).
• Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Applicant Tracking System, to include the proper disposition of all good candidates.
• Protect company proprietary and confidential information.
