We’re looking for a Onsite Recruiter to support corporate hiring across all areas of the business. This role requires a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground recruiter who is comfortable managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and understands the unique needs of both corporate and field sales and service recruitment. This is a 100% onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Personable, professional, and able to work with urgency
  • This role requires strong sourcing skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage diverse requisitions
  • Comfortable working onsite daily

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles such as technicians, sales & marketing
  • Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews
  • Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on skills and experience
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
  • Meet weekly activity quotas (calls, emails, interviews)
  • Support offer, negotiation, and onboarding processes
  • Source through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of both exempt and non-exempt candidates.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques to fill hard-to-find roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems.
  • Track daily recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, EEO guidelines, and background screening requirements.
