Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Summary The Morgan & Morgan Case Control Center is seeking an energetic, dedicated, organized, and efficient Recruiter. This role is responsible for assisting with fulfilling staffing needs within the Case Control Center. The ideal candidate is a ambassador, passionate about people, detail-oriented, adapts to change quickly, and can work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Talent management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Knowledge of legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting for roles across various practice areas in the firm including case consultants, support staff, and operations.
  • Ability to present in the Day 1 orientation process.
  • Work closely on approval processes of open requisitions.
  • Initiate candidate outreach, including sending recruiting emails, text messages, social media direct messages and phone calls to potential candidates.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
