About The Position

Looking for an opportunity to use your skills to contribute to a mission that is targeted towards education, training, and employment? If so, this is it! We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Recruiter to join our growing organization. This position will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for entry level to executive level positions. This position will help us overhaul our hiring process. Your experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent is needed. You will be tasked with helping our management team identify hiring needs, posting and managing requisitions, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, and providing a welcoming onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's
  • 2 years related experience and/or training.
  • 2+ years of recruiting management and professional level positions.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms, preferably Paycom.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and MVR is required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in retail or manufacturing industries, preferred.
  • Prefer SHRM-CP or PHR.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring needs, and developing a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize the ATS (Paycom) and job boards to maintain all job postings and candidate data.
  • Provide guidance to the hiring managers on interview techniques and hiring decisions.
  • Proactive in building and maintaining a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics. Prepare weekly and monthly hiring progress reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and execute strategies that will result in better recruiting outcomes.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Managing end to end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Deliver an ACE onboarding experience from initial contact to onboarding.
