About The Position

DTN is seeking a recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding top talent. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work, combined with in-person collaboration in Dallas. The recruiter will own the hiring process for tech, product, sales, and operations teams, working closely with hiring managers to identify needs and source candidates. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging AI and new technologies to enhance the recruiting process, including experimenting with platforms like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, building custom agents, and automating workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can manage the hiring process efficiently. Experience with Workday is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Two to five years of recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring in the tech space is a plus.
• Genuinely hungry to level up.
• Ability to sit down with hiring managers and figure out what they really need.
• Know how to dig past obvious candidates on job boards.
• Ability to strike up real conversations with hidden talent.
• Not afraid to lean into new technology.
