About The Position

This role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interview and assess them, and manage a pipeline of potential hires. The position also involves conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new employees. The company emphasizes diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
