About The Position

We are hiring a Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring for field and labor roles across the country. This role focuses on posting jobs, reviewing applicants, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines. You will play a key role in hitting hiring goals, managing recruiting activity, and delivering a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with high‑volume calling, outreach, and candidate interaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
  • Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of phone and computer
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of recruiting, sales, or customer‑facing experience
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Post jobs on Indeed and other platforms and manage applicant flow
  • Review applications and source candidates through job boards, social media, and outbound outreach
  • Reach out to qualified candidates and schedule phone interviews
  • Conduct phone, video, and interviews to screen top, experienced candidates
  • Manage high‑volume recruiting pipelines for field, labor and other roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and hiring needs
  • Submit Candidates and Coordinate interviews for Hiring Managers
  • Extend offers and support offer discussions
  • Be accountable to KPIs, pipeline activity, and hiring goals
  • Complete onboarding tasks including tracking paperwork
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
