About The Position

N2IA Technologies is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across federal, DoD, and commercial programs. This mid-level role will be responsible for managing the recruiting process from initial position intake and sourcing through candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer support. The ideal candidate has experience independently managing multiple requisitions, proactively sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This individual should be comfortable recruiting for technical, professional, and government-facing roles in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within government contracting, professional services, consulting, or technical environments.
Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
Strong proficiency with Indeed, job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting/sourcing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Must be based in Puerto Rico and authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from position intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, qualifications, priorities, and hiring timelines.
Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies based on position requirements and business needs.
Create and post job opportunities across approved recruiting platforms.
Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and overall alignment with the position.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Support candidate selection, offer preparation, offer delivery, and offer acceptance.
Ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to the onboarding process.
Proactively source qualified candidates using Indeed, job boards, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools.
Identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs, including technical, program support, cleared, and professional services positions.
Conduct targeted sourcing campaigns based on position requirements, labor categories, and contract needs.
Maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
Conduct labor market research to understand candidate availability, compensation trends, geographic considerations, and competitive positioning.
Support proposal and capture efforts by providing recruiting insights and candidate feasibility assessments when needed.
Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, days open, candidate pipeline, source effectiveness, and hiring activity.
Serve as a recruiting partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate statuses remain current.
Provide regular updates regarding open positions, candidate pipelines, challenges, and next steps.
Support continuous improvement of N2IA's recruiting processes and candidate experience.
