About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing on technical roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical skillsets in engineering, IT, finance, procurement, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, coordinating, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and technical recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for engineering roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of engineering talent for current and future needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
