Where you fit in As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you are deeply committed to providing customer-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise in communication, staffing, and relationship building will support our managers and facilitate finding the best caregivers to serve our patients. You will s taff business units, understanding the business flow and needs of customers through listening, research, and experience; and will develop strategies for recruitment, responding to urgent staffing requests through creative utilization of all staffing resources. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Experience managing data within applicant tracking and HRIS systems, Excel
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Recruitment sourcing experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
