About The Position

The Recruiter works collaboratively with the Human Resources team to support the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes of employees. Under the direction of the Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator, the Recruiter will provide support in filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. The Recruiter will support hiring managers in and agency’s hiring goals, while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Full FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine
  • TB test within the last 3 years
  • Valid US Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in human resources or with staffing agency is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, onboard, and retain quality talent;
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships, outreach/market available positions, and make presentations before employment sources, such as job fairs, career events, colleges, high schools, trade schools, employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations;
  • Continuously partner with Executive Management Team, Hiring Managers, and the HR team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies; provide updates to hiring department on progress.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs and to meet competitive hiring goals;
  • Screen, interview applicants, and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, salary requirements, availability, interest level, relocation needs, and overall fitness in company culture;
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, including progress of vacancies, candidate stages, sourcing strategies, referrals, offers, and handoff to HR team.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Develop and deliver compelling offer strategies, leading negotiations, and driving successful close
  • Collaborate with site managers on applicant selection and placement;
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates and a database of records, including active and passive prospects, interview notes, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships;
  • Recommend and implement recruitment and hiring guidelines in line with agency standards and expectations, support with outreach/marketing as needed, and support in the development of policies and procedures accordingly.
