More about our team The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external). The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting corporate positions.

Requirements

  • Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 + years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; Oracle Fusion preferred.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare recruiter experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support Lifepoint’s overall strategic growth goals.
  • Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards to include but not limited to: position posting, sourcing, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.
  • Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
