About The Position

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruiter supports the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process. This position also helps identify staffing needs, post job openings, engages candidates through multiple channels such as job boards and social media, and assesses qualifications to ensure strong talent matches. We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring in a fast-growing startup environment. This role partners closely with hiring leaders across teams to identify, attract, and hire the talent that fuels Gifthealth’s growth. This role is a critical part of a Talent team that moves quickly, solves problems in real time, and ensures every candidate interaction reflects the excellence we bring to our patients, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a role requiring high organization, relationship management, and communication (examples: recruiting, account management, customer success, call center leadership, coordination, HR support, operations) (Required)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, or customers at the same time in a fast-paced environment (Required)
  • Knowledge of the recruiting process and standard HR or hiring documentation processes (Required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; able to manage many moving pieces without dropping details (Required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly (Required)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills when handling competing demands (Required)
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional presence and represent the company well and with candidates and hiring leaders (Required)
  • Ability to take initiative and stay focused while working in a hybrid/remote environment (Required)
  • Ability to learn new roles, processes, and systems quickly (Required)
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively across teams (Required)
  • Ability to use systems/technology to track work and stay organized (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline (Preferred)
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, account management, customer-facing roles, or operations (Preferred)
  • Experience working in a high-growth, startup, or fast-changing environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Owns full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and leading candidate closing conversations and partnering with hiring managers through offer acceptance
  • Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, guiding them on market realities, candidate quality, and interview effectiveness; provides timely, high-quality interview feedback and keeps hiring teams on pace in a fast-growing environment
  • Leads structured intake meetings to ensure clear alignment of role requirements, team gaps, and hiring goals before recruiting begins
  • Develops creative sourcing strategies and proactively build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Manages candidate flow and maintain accurate, timely data in the applicant tracking system to meet defined hiring metrics and recruiting KPIs
  • Delivers a positive, seamless candidate experience through building relationships through clear communication and thoughtful process management, serving as a brand ambassador for Gifthealth, ensuring candidates understand our mission and culture
  • Stays current on employment laws, recruiting best practices, and ensure compliant hiring processes
