What You'll Be Doing Talent hunting with purpose: Source, screen, and onboard top-tier security officers and management personnel who embody professionalism and reliability Building relationships, not just pipelines: Connect with candidates through creative sourcing strategies, job boards, social media, networking events, and good old-fashioned relationship building Running the recruitment show: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from posting positions to onboarding – with organization and flair Being the first impression: Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews that give candidates a true feel for our culture and opportunities Partnering with leadership: Work closely with our operations and management teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates on time Keeping it smooth: Maintain our applicant tracking system, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine What We're Looking For You're the person everyone wants to talk to.
